Love this liquor store! It's a great location, always has parking spaces available outside.
The store is pretty spacious inside, and everything is well put, organized and clean!
The Asian lady who works there, she's super nice and friendly! If you're in the Hollywood area, this is your go to place if you're in need of drinks & snacks etc. -

One should never judge by its exterior and it is so very true of Pink Elephant Liquors & Deli although I am only reviewing about the liquors portion. To be honest, I didn't even notice deli when I was in there, but it could be because their beer selection had me mesmerized. I think my snapshot of strawberry beer says so much more than any words can describe the awesomeness of their selection. The service is friendly, but nothing spectacular.

I recently placed a $36 order online with Pink Elephant. In exchange, I received two bottles of beer. Upon sending a complaint, I was informed that Old Rasputin is sold at $10 a piece in their deli--a markup of nearly 500% from the grocery store price! I guess the joke's on me, because that's highway robbery anywhere in Los Angeles.
There's no logical reason to shop here when Los Feliz has dozens of options nearby. Even the craven and desperate can sweat it out until 6AM. Unless this is a front for an illegitimate business, I have no idea why they're fleecing the community. They should be thoroughly ashamed. -

Delivery was fast. We ordered a bottle of champagne and orange juice. The date on the orange juice is not expired, but it is discolored and tastes horrific. When I called to tell them, they said they wouldn't do anything for us. Horrible customer service. Do not order from these scammers.

Been coming to this liquor store and getting delivery from them for ages. Always polite, prompt and kind. Love this spot.
